DAYS OF HAPPINESS is the third feature film by Chloé Robichaud following the critical, public, and international festival successes of Sarah Prefers to Run (2013) and Boundaries (2016). Maestro Yannick Nézet-Séguin, principal conductor and artistic director of the Metropolitan Orchestra, musical director of the Metropolitan Opera of New York, and musical director of the Philadelphia Orchestra, served as the film’s musical consultant while the Metropolitan Orchestra collaborated both in recording musical pieces and filming the movie. Other collaborators include cinematographer Ariel Méthot, production designer Louisa Schabas, editor Yvann Thibodeau, and costume designer Francesca Chamberland.
