Item 7 does not accept any and all unsolicited projects submitted by mail, email or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any creative concepts, ideas, plots, scripts, synopsis, formats or suggestions (collectively the « Submissions »), and Item 7 shall not be held responsible towards any and all unsolicited Submissions received by Item 7. Item 7’s policy is to destroy or delete any unsolicited Submissions without exception. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited Submission and any and all elements of any and all Item 7’s television productions, cinematographic productions or any other productions would be purely coincidental. In addition, any unsolicited Submissions will be treated as non-confidential and Item 7 will not be liable for any disclosure of such unsolicited Submissions.
Consequently, by sending an unsolicited Submission to Item 7, you agree that no protection is provided by Item 7 towards your copyright, that you will be entitled to no compensation, credit or notice whatsoever and that you hereby waive your rights to make any claim against Item 7, affiliates, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders, relating to the unsolicited Submission including, but not limited to, infringement, unfair competition, breach of implied contract or breach of confidentiality.
